The configuration and diagnostics of the drives of the Titanio line is carried out through Ever Studio, a simple, intuitive and complete software tool for PC Windows.
Through simple windows and wizards it is possible to monitor or set all the operating parameters required for the drives and the application.
All drives in the Titanio line are equipped with an SCI (serial service) interface via which the drives can be configured and the application debugged in real time using this software.
However, it is also possible to configure the Titanio drive via CANbus or Ethernet, depending on the model.

Wiring Check and Motor Wizard: tools for simple and effective connection
Motor Wizard is an intuitive tool that allows you to search for the connected motor in a built-in list and set its parameters, including default values for the Closed Loop. It is applicable on all three types of Ever Elettronica motors: stepper, brushless DC and brushless AC.
Motor wizard is a simple mask that makes it possible to select or configure the parameters of the motor connected to the drive in just a few steps.
Starting an application with stepper, BLDC or brushless AC motors is made easy and straightforward even for non-expert users.
Wiring Check is a procedure that, by providing intuitive screens, guides the user step by step through the verification of the drive's wiring and parameters. During this procedure it is also possible to determine and save configuration data in a file that can be loaded for future installations with the same products.
This tool therefore allows the user to carry out a quick diagnostic, followed step by step by the tool itself, which can immediately communicate any anomalies or errors or, on the other way round, the correct setting of all the instruments connected to the product.
If the motor’s drive has installed an eePLC firmware, a message will appear warning of the interruption of any running applications; otherwise, if it is a 402 firmware, a message will appear indicating that the machine status will be set to "Operation Enable" and the operating modes to "Profile Position", thus allowing diagnostics to begin.
At first, the user can set various parameters (rated current, rated and test speed, polar torques, gearbox and sensor module). Diagnostics can also be performed by selecting the type of feedback provided by the product: incremental encoder, encoder with BiSS interface, Hall sensors.
