PRIVACY POLICY related to the "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" form in accordance with Art. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679

Any requests for information and/or clarifications regarding the processing of data may be requested by sending an email to the following address: infoever@everelettronica.it
2. Processing and purposes
Ever Elettronica would like to inform you that the company information as well as your personal data entered in the request form (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and country) will be collected and processed for the following purposes:
- taking charge of your request for information about the products sold by Ever Elettronica;
- subsequent contact by Ever Elettronica through the contact details you provided in order to respond to your requests.
The processing carried out with the help of paper/informatic instruments does not foresee the use of automated decision-making processes.
3. Legal basis of the process
The process is lawfully carried out in order to execute the pre-contractual measures to enable Ever Elettronica to provide you with the information you have requested by filling in the request form.
4. Provision of data
The provision of data is necessary for the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes and the non-availability of the same will not allow Ever Elettronica to take care of your request to receive information or to provide you with what you requested.
5. Communication of data and scope of distribution
The data contained in this form may be accessible to third parties of which Ever Elettronica takes charge, in particular: subjects in charge of the maintenance activities of its IT infrastructure; subjects in charge of sales promotion activities. Please note that the data will not be disclosed.
6. Transfer of data abroad
The data contained in this form will not be transferred abroad.
7. Storage time
Data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to contact you to fulfil the above purposes and for no longer than 12 months.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
You are acknowledged and guaranteed the full right to: ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. This right may be exercised by sending an email to
infoever@everelettronica.it.
In addition, the Data Controller shall stop processing when it receives notice from you that the consent previously given has been revoked if this is the legal basis for the process..
9. Complaint to the Control Authority
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event that his/her requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not resulted in a satisfactory response.
