Our solution dedicated to this type of machines controls the wire feed by means of a stepper motor driven in closed loop, adjusting the wire emission speed in a stable manner and verifying any slippage by means of an encoder. The solution is therefore able to allow for precise machining in a continuous and repetitive manner.

- Simplification of the machine PLC program by delegating the control functions to the GWC controller in real time.
- Reduction of wiring and of the bill of materials of the machine using the integrated SM2A / SM4A servo-drive line.
