PRIVACY NOTICE FOR JOB APPLICANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR)

Dear Applicants, in compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) on personal data protection, Ever Motion Solutions srl provides this notice regarding the personal data that concerns you and may be subject to processing.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Ever Motion Solutions srl, with its registered office at Via Biancardi, 4 Lodi (LO) and offices at Via del Commercio, 9/11 and 2/4 in Lodi (LO), 0371 412318. 2. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is lawfully carried out as it is necessary for pre-contractual measures aimed at personnel recruitment and selection for open positions within the company, as well as the evaluation of unsolicited CVs received.

3. Categories of Processed Data

If you have sent your CV to our company, Ever Motion Solutions srl will contact you using the contact details provided in the CV to evaluate your profile, including any publicly available data, and potentially invite you for selection stages.

4. Source of Data

If you have sent your CV to our company, Ever Motion Solutions srl will contact you directly, using public sources such as social networks or based on received references.

5. Purpose of Processing

The company will process the data for the following purposes related to personnel recruitment and selection:

5.1 Evaluation of your CV for selection processes to increase company staff.

5.2 Contact and organization of interviews to assess your professional profile in terms of skills and experience. Processing carried out using paper/computer tools does not involve automated decision-making processes.

6. Data Provision

Providing data is necessary to achieve the above purposes, and the lack of availability of such data prevents the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in point 5.

7. Recipients of Personal Data Communications

For personnel selection processes, data will not be communicated to third parties.

8. Extent of Data Sharing

The data processing described in this notice does not involve sharing data.

9. Data Transfer outside the European Economic Area

The processing described in this notice does not involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

10. Data Retention Period

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill personnel recruitment and selection purposes and for a maximum period of 6 months. After this period, the data will be deleted.

11. Rights of Data Subjects

You are granted the full right to request access to personal data, rectification or deletion of data, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. This right can be exercised by sending an email to  infoever@evermotionsolutions.com.

Additionally, the data controller will cease processing upon receiving communication of the withdrawal of consent previously given, where consent is the legal basis for processing.

12. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if their requests for information addressed to the data controller have not resulted in satisfactory responses.
